1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Cordless Wrench is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped via USPS only.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged item at support@cordlesswrench.com. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. embargoes or international sanctions. If your country is on such a list, your order will be canceled and refunded.
