At Cordless Wrench, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the Madebut Cordless Impact Wrench. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@cordlesswrench.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.

Please do not send your item back without first receiving an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for unwanted items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Method and Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If you receive a Madebut Cordless Impact Wrench that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@cordlesswrench.com with your order number and photos of the damage/defect. We will gladly offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs, at no additional charge to you. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cordlesswrench.com. For non-defective items, we do not offer direct exchanges. You would need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
